Continence Advisory Service – Delivery Information
Delivery Instructions
- It is important that you or your carer rings The Continence Advisory Service on 0151 347 4207 at least 2 weeks before your next delivery is due to ensure you receive your order. if you do not contact us you will not receive your delivery, and you may have to purchase your own products until a delivery can be made.
- If you would like your products to be delivered to an alternative delivery address or if there are any special delivery instructions please let us know.
- When the driver delivers your products, if you are available you will be asked to sign a delivery sheet which includes the date of your next delivery.
- You will need to check your delivery as soon as it arrives. If you have received the wrong products please let us know within 3 working days.
- Once delivered The Trust will not be responsible for loss or damage to the pads.
- Every patient will be reassessed every six months, however if you feel that the products are not meeting your needs please contact your District Nurse, Health Visitor etc.
People who access our services are welcome to talk to the Team Manager if they are experiencing any problems with their care.
