We are delighted to share some fantastic news from the North West Healthcare Financial Management Awards, where Cheshire and Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (CWP) Business and Value Team received three awards in recognition of their hard work and commitment.
The team won:
- Finance Team of the Year
- Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Award
- Outstanding Individual Award – Emma Sullivan – Deputy Business & Value Partner
This is a brilliant achievement and reflects the passion, teamwork and dedication shown everyday across CWP. The awards recognise not only strong financial leadership, but also a real commitment to fairness, inclusion and supporting one another.

“I am extremely proud of the Finance team here at CWP. They show such commitment to their roles on a daily basis ensuring we provide the best possible services to our Clinical Care Groups and Clinical Support Services and ultimately our patients.

It has been great to see them rewarded for their hard work and efforts in being named Northwest Finance Team of the Year as well as being the winner of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion award.
“I am also delighted that Emma Sullivan has been awarded with outstanding individual award. She is a key player in organising the inspire and succeed CWP Development programmes for the Business & Value module, she is a deputy finance staff development lead within the team ensuring they have access to development opportunities and always learning. She has been imperative this year in covering gaps we have had across the team providing valuable leadership through the financial planning rounds.”
